Getting the right planed timber

Matching old profiles

Bring an offcut or a clear profile photo with measurements and we will look for the closest current profile.

Softwood or MDF trim?

MDF skirting and architrave is very straight and paints well; softwood takes knocks better and can be stained.

Delivery to Clydach: what helps

Finished timber is protected and handled with care; tell us if it needs to go inside out of the weather. Clydach is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• If neighbours share the access, it helps to let them know a lorry is coming.
• Keep cement, plaster and boards dry: have a tarpaulin or a garage space ready before they arrive.
• Tell us the best drop point, such as a driveway, front garden or the kerb, and whether a lorry can park close to it.
