No. Material prices move and delivery costs depend on the postcode, load and access, so we quote each order delivered. The price you accept is the price you pay for that specification and delivery; if the address or access changes, we re-quote before going ahead.

Across England, Wales and mainland Scotland, with Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and other island deliveries quoted individually.

We confirm the delivery date when we price your order, before you commit. It depends on the products, the quantity and whether items are stock lines or made to order.

Yes. Homeowners, self-builders and trades can all order on a delivered quote.

Yes. Apply through the trade account page. Credit accounts are subject to status and credit checks, and terms are confirmed in writing.

On flatbed lorries, usually with a lorry-mounted crane for pallets and bulk bags. Smaller orders can travel with a mixed load. We agree the drop point and offload method with you.

The drop point, how close a lorry can park, overhead cables or trees, the ground the materials will sit on, and any width, height or weight limits on the route.

Yes. Our calculators give a starting point, and we check quantities against your list or drawings when we price the order.

Often. Send the product name if you know it, or a clear daylight photo with a tape measure for scale, and we will look for the closest current match.

If you buy as a consumer at a distance you can usually cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, except for goods made or cut to your specification and goods that have become inseparably mixed with other material after delivery, such as aggregate spread or compacted on site. Payment terms are set out on your quote. Trade account holders pay on their agreed terms.

No. The photos are computer-generated images used to show the types of materials we supply. We will add photos of real deliveries over time.
