About SK Trade
A builders' merchant that prices every order delivered to your postcode.
Who we are
SK Trade is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), part of the S&K Group, a group of construction and property businesses with its registered office in Great Barr, Birmingham. Group companies work in glazing, property improvement and building supplies.
What we do
We supply building materials to trades, self-builders and homeowners and deliver them to site. Our range covers building materials, timber and sheet materials, cement and aggregates, insulation and drylining and fixings and tools.
How we work
- Every order is priced as a delivered quote to the delivery postcode, so you see the full cost before you commit.
- We check quantities against your list or drawings and tell you if something looks short or missing.
- We agree the drop point and offload method before the lorry is booked.
- Builders and contractors can apply for a trade account.
What we do not claim
SK Trade is a new trading name. We do not show reviews, awards or accreditations because we do not have them yet, and the photos on this site are computer-generated images of the kinds of products we supply. As real deliveries and reviews come in, we will show them.
