Who we are
This website is run for SK Trade, a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889). For personal data collected through this website, including enquiries, the materials calculator, trade account applications, live chat and analytics, the data controller is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hembs Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG. We pass your enquiry to S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, which trades as SK Trade, so it can price and supply your order; this is a step you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries within the group. When you place an order, S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd is the controller for your order, delivery and account records.

Who we share it with
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Tawk.to, our live chat provider, if you use chat.
- Google, for analytics, if you accept cookies.
- Netlify, which hosts this website, and the content delivery network that serves our product images (Amazon CloudFront); both process your IP address to deliver pages and images.
- Group companies, suppliers and hauliers where needed to fulfil your order, for example a delivery address and site contact.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass enquiries to other businesses for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an order: 24 months.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Order, invoice and account records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for it in a portable format, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (use Cookie settings in the footer). If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
