Before your Smethwick delivery arrives

Tools and PPE travel with the rest of your order. Smethwick is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Mention any overhead cables, low branches or narrow gateways, because they decide whether a crane offload is possible.
• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.
• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.

Estimating your tools and site safety gear

Kitting out a crew of 4 means 4 sets each of eye protection, gloves suited to the task, a hard hat and hi-vis, plus respiratory protection for anyone cutting masonry.
