Picking the right product

Dust from cutting

Cutting masonry and concrete produces silica dust. Use water suppression or extraction and suitable respiratory protection, as HSE guidance sets out.

Gloves for the task

Different gloves suit different risks: cut resistance, chemical protection to EN ISO 374 for cement, or grip.

Before your Arnold delivery arrives

Tools and PPE travel with the rest of your order. Arnold is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Give us the full postcode for the drop point; deliveries around NG5 are priced to the exact address.
• If neighbours share the access, it helps to let them know a lorry is coming.
• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.

Estimating your tools and site safety gear

Kitting out a crew of 3 means 3 sets each of eye protection, gloves suited to the task, a hard hat and hi-vis, plus respiratory protection for anyone cutting masonry.
