Tapered or square edge?

Tapered edge boards are for taping and jointing without a skim; square edge boards are normally skimmed.

Which board type?

In Scotland most building work needs a building warrant from the local authority, assessed against the Building Standards Technical Handbooks.

How delivery works in Rutherglen

Boards are heavy and fragile at the edges; they travel flat and are best stored flat and dry. Rutherglen is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.
• Tell us the best drop point, such as a driveway, front garden or the kerb, and whether a lorry can park close to it.
• On busy streets in Rutherglen, a parking suspension or a quiet time slot can make offloading safer, so tell us about local restrictions you know of.
