Before your Haywards Heath delivery arrives

Tools and PPE travel with the rest of your order. Haywards Heath is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.
• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.

Working out quantities for your Haywards Heath job

Kitting out a crew of 2 means 2 sets each of eye protection, gloves suited to the task, a hard hat and hi-vis, plus respiratory protection for anyone cutting masonry.

Things to check before you order

Cement burns

Wet cement can burn skin. Wear waterproof, chemical-resistant gloves (EN ISO 374) and long sleeves, and wash it off quickly.

Dust from cutting

Cutting masonry and concrete produces silica dust. Use water suppression or extraction and suitable respiratory protection, as HSE guidance sets out.
