Getting screws and nails onto your Ayr site

Boxed fixings travel with the rest of your order. Ayr is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Deliveries are to the kerb, drive or within crane reach; ask if materials need to go further.
• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.
• In summer Ayr gets around 17h 29m of daylight, but early deliveries still beat the traffic and give the longest working day.

Things to check before you order

Length

A rule of thumb is a fixing at least two and a half times the thickness of the piece you are fixing.

Inside or outside?

Use galvanised, coated or stainless fixings outdoors and with treated timber, so they do not corrode.
