How delivery works in New Malden

Finished timber is protected and handled with care; tell us if it needs to go inside out of the weather. New Malden is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.
• Give us the full postcode for the drop point; deliveries around KT3 are priced to the exact address.
• On busy streets in New Malden, a parking suspension or a quiet time slot can make offloading safer, so tell us about local restrictions you know of.

Things to check before you order

Softwood or MDF trim?

MDF skirting and architrave is very straight and paints well; softwood takes knocks better and can be stained.

Matching old profiles

Bring an offcut or a clear profile photo with measurements and we will look for the closest current profile.

Planed all round: the timber has been machined smooth on all four faces.

Is there a minimum order for delivery to New Malden?

There is no fixed minimum. For very small orders we will tell you honestly if the delivery cost outweighs the materials, so you can decide.

Do you sell MDF skirting?

Yes, primed MDF skirting and architrave in common profiles, alongside softwood.

Do you deliver planed timber to trades and homeowners in New Malden?

Both. Trades can apply for a trade account; homeowners and self-builders can order on a delivered quote.
