Getting MOT Type 1 onto your Cambridge site
Bulk bags are usually crane-offloaded where access allows; very large quantities can be priced as loose tipped loads where access allows. Cambridge is inside our standard mainland delivery area.
- Deliveries are to the kerb, drive or within crane reach; ask if materials need to go further.
- Mention any overhead cables, low branches or narrow gateways, because they decide whether a crane offload is possible.
- Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.

Multiply the area by the compacted depth to get cubic metres, then allow about 2.1 to 2.2 tonnes per cubic metre. At 100 mm deep, a tonne covers roughly 4.5 square metres.
