Do you sell cement by the pallet?

Yes. Full pallets make sense for bigger jobs; for smaller quantities bags travel with the rest of your order.

What is the difference between cement and concrete?

Cement is the binder. Concrete is cement mixed with sand, aggregate and water.

Can you deliver cement to a site with restricted access in Rayleigh?
