How delivery works in Wokingham

Boxed with the rest of your order. Wokingham is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• In summer Wokingham gets around 16h 37m of daylight, but early deliveries still beat the traffic and give the longest working day.
• If neighbours share the access, it helps to let them know a lorry is coming.
• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.

A quick quantity check

Sealing round 10 windows of about 1.2 × 1.2 m is roughly 48 m of joint. A 310 ml cartridge runs about 3 m of a 10 × 10 mm bead, so allow 16 cartridges of frame sealant.

Adhesives, Sealants & Foam: choosing well

Fire-stopping

Ordinary foam is not a fire stop. Where a fire seal is required use a tested fire-rated product and install it as tested.

Which sealant where?

Use sanitary silicone in wet areas, low-modulus sealant around frames that move, and paintable caulk on trims to be decorated.
