How delivery works in Dumfries and Galloway

Boxed with the rest of your order. Our standard mainland delivery area covers Dumfries and Galloway.

• Give us the full postcode for the drop point; deliveries around DG are priced to the exact address.
• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.
• If the drop point is block paving or soft ground, say so; heavy pallets and bulk bags can mark or sink.

Things to check before you order

Which sealant where?

Use sanitary silicone in wet areas, low-modulus sealant around frames that move, and paintable caulk on trims to be decorated.

Fire-stopping

Ordinary foam is not a fire stop. Where a fire seal is required use a tested fire-rated product and install it as tested.
