Delivery to Peterlee: what helps

Tools and PPE travel with the rest of your order. Peterlee is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.
• In summer Peterlee gets around 17h 19m of daylight, but early deliveries still beat the traffic and give the longest working day.

Tools & Site Safety: choosing well

Dust from cutting

Cutting masonry and concrete produces silica dust. Use water suppression or extraction and suitable respiratory protection, as HSE guidance sets out.

Cement burns

Wet cement can burn skin. Wear waterproof, chemical-resistant gloves (EN ISO 374) and long sleeves, and wash it off quickly.

How much will you need?

Kitting out a crew of 4 means 4 sets each of eye protection, gloves suited to the task, a hard hat and hi-vis, plus respiratory protection for anyone cutting masonry.
