Before you order plywood

Interior or exterior?

BS EN 636 classes plywood as class 1 (dry), class 2 (humid) or class 3 (exterior). Use class 3 for anything exposed to the weather.

Structural use

Roof decks and floors need plywood marked for structural use. Check the thickness against the joist spacing.

Sizing your order

Decking 24 m² with 2440 × 1220 mm sheets takes 9 sheets including 10% for cutting.

How delivery works in York

Sheets travel flat on the lorry bed and are hand-offloaded or crane-lifted in packs. York is inside our standard mainland delivery area.
