How delivery works in Basildon

Sheets travel flat on the lorry bed and are hand-offloaded or crane-lifted in packs. Basildon is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• If neighbours share the access, it helps to let them know a lorry is coming.
• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
• If the drop point is block paving or soft ground, say so; heavy pallets and bulk bags can mark or sink.

Choosing plywood

Structural use

Roof decks and floors need plywood marked for structural use. Check the thickness against the joist spacing.

Interior or exterior?

BS EN 636 classes plywood as class 1 (dry), class 2 (humid) or class 3 (exterior). Use class 3 for anything exposed to the weather.

Sizing your order

Decking 18 m² with 2440 × 1220 mm sheets takes 7 sheets including 10% for cutting.
