Delivery to Croydon: what helps

Rolls are compressed and wrapped; they are light but take up space, so tell us if storage is tight. Croydon is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Weight limits on bridges or private roads near the site matter for larger lorries, so mention any you know of.
• Have someone on site for the delivery if you can, or agree a safe drop point with us in advance.
• Mention any overhead cables, low branches or narrow gateways, because they decide whether a crane offload is possible.
