Delivering to Warrenpoint

  • Tell us the best drop point, such as a driveway, front garden or the kerb, and whether a lorry can park close to it.
  • If the drop point is block paving or soft ground, say so; heavy pallets and bulk bags can mark or sink.
  • On busy streets in Warrenpoint, a parking suspension or a quiet time slot can make offloading safer, so tell us about local restrictions you know of.
  • In summer Warrenpoint gets around 17h 10m of daylight, but early deliveries still beat the traffic and give the longest working day.

Building control in Northern Ireland

In Northern Ireland building work follows the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland), with guidance in the Technical Booklets, and applications go to the council's building control team.

Usually, yes. Tell us about the access when you ask for a price and we will plan the vehicle and offload, or say if a smaller vehicle is needed.

Both. Trades can apply for a trade account; homeowners and self-builders can order on a delivered quote.
