Before your Great Malvern delivery arrives

Boxed with the rest of your order. Great Malvern is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Give us the full postcode for the drop point; deliveries around WR14 are priced to the exact address.
• If neighbours share the access, it helps to let them know a lorry is coming.
• Mention any overhead cables, low branches or narrow gateways, because they decide whether a crane offload is possible.

Getting the right adhesives and sealants

Fire-stopping

Ordinary foam is not a fire stop. Where a fire seal is required use a tested fire-rated product and install it as tested.

Which sealant where?

Use sanitary silicone in wet areas, low-modulus sealant around frames that move, and paintable caulk on trims to be decorated.
