Before your Paignton delivery arrives

Sheets travel flat on the lorry bed and are hand-offloaded or crane-lifted in packs. Paignton is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Mention any overhead cables, low branches or narrow gateways, because they decide whether a crane offload is possible.
• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
• Have someone on site for the delivery if you can, or agree a safe drop point with us in advance.
