Delivering plaster in Strabane

Bags come on a pallet or with a mixed load; keep them dry and off the floor. Deliveries to Northern Ireland include a sea crossing, so we quote each order individually.

• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.
• Keep cement, plaster and boards dry: have a tarpaulin or a garage space ready before they arrive.
• Give us the full postcode for the drop point; deliveries around BT82 are priced to the exact address.

Quantities: a worked example

Skimming 40 m² of walls and ceilings at about 2 mm takes around 4 bags of 25 kg finishing plaster, plus angle beads for external corners. Coverage varies with the background, so allow a spare bag.

Your questions answered

Do you deliver plaster to Strabane?

Yes. We deliver across Strabane, including BT82. Deliveries to Northern Ireland include a sea crossing, so we quote each order individually. Send your list or call 0800 088 6341 and we will price it delivered to your postcode.

Why does my plaster go off too quickly?

Old or damp plaster sets faster. Use bags within their date and store them dry.

Do you deliver plaster to trades and homeowners in Strabane?

Both. Trades can apply for a trade account; homeowners and self-builders can order on a delivered quote.

What is the difference between multi-finish and board finish?

Board finish is designed for skimming plasterboard. Multi-finish works on plasterboard and on undercoat plasters, so it is the more flexible choice.
