Quantities: a worked example

Skimming 50 m² of walls and ceilings at about 2 mm takes around 5 bags of 25 kg finishing plaster, plus angle beads for external corners. Coverage varies with the background, so allow a spare bag.

Planning the drop in Mansfield

Bags come on a pallet or with a mixed load; keep them dry and off the floor. Mansfield is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Deliveries are to the kerb, drive or within crane reach; ask if materials need to go further.
• Tell us the best drop point, such as a driveway, front garden or the kerb, and whether a lorry can park close to it.
