How delivery works in Jarrow

Bags come on a pallet or with a mixed load; keep them dry and off the floor. Jarrow is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• If the drop point is block paving or soft ground, say so; heavy pallets and bulk bags can mark or sink.
• Keep cement, plaster and boards dry: have a tarpaulin or a garage space ready before they arrive.
• If the site is up a shared drive or behind other houses, tell us the distance from the road.
