Choosing plaster

Fresh stock matters

Old plaster sets fast and unevenly. Order it close to when you need it and keep bags dry.

Finish coat

Board finish is made for plasterboard; multi-finish suits most undercoats and board.

Delivering plaster in Bideford

Bags come on a pallet or with a mixed load; keep them dry and off the floor. Bideford is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• Mention any overhead cables, low branches or narrow gateways, because they decide whether a crane offload is possible.
• Clear a level area for pallets, ideally on boards, so materials stay out of standing water.
• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
