Delivering planed timber in North Yorkshire

Finished timber is protected and handled with care; tell us if it needs to go inside out of the weather. Our standard mainland delivery area covers North Yorkshire.

• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.
• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
• Weight limits on bridges or private roads near the site matter for larger lorries, so mention any you know of.

Before you order planed timber

Softwood or MDF trim?

MDF skirting and architrave is very straight and paints well; softwood takes knocks better and can be stained.

Matching old profiles

Bring an offcut or a clear profile photo with measurements and we will look for the closest current profile.
