Sheets come in packs on the lorry bed, crane-lifted or hand-offloaded. Portishead is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• If the site is up a shared drive or behind other houses, tell us the distance from the road.
• Pallets left on a pavement can block the footway, so plan a drop point inside your boundary where you can.
• Weight limits on bridges or private roads near the site matter for larger lorries, so mention any you know of.
