Bulk bags are usually crane-offloaded where access allows; very large quantities can be priced as loose tipped loads where access allows. Brent is inside our standard mainland delivery area.

• For a phased build we can split the order so materials arrive as each stage starts, which keeps the site clear.
• If neighbours share the access, it helps to let them know a lorry is coming.
• If the site is up a shared drive or behind other houses, tell us the distance from the road.

Recycled Type 1 can be a good option where it meets the specification; ask what your project or local authority requires.
