Planning the drop in Falmouth

A floor 5.4 m wide with joists spanning 3 m at 400 mm centres needs 15 joists, plus trimmers and noggins. The section and grade, such as 47 × 200 mm C24, come from span tables or your engineer; send us the timber schedule and we will price it.
